Step 1:
Please use your Actionstep Org Key (see this image) and the reporting database credentials that were provided.Step 2:
Provide a date range toextract
Cases (and their clients, sessions, assessments) are included if they have a session that falls within this date range (inclusive).
Step 3:
1. Please check the excluded lines in the output files/log
(usually missing data) and correct any relevant issues in
order
- Resolve issues with CLIENTS
- Resolve issues with CASES
- Resolve issues with SESSIONS
- Resolve issues with CLIENT ASSESSMENTS
- Resolve issues with SESSION ASSESSMENTS
This is because an invalid Client can cause the associated Case to be excluded, which excludes the Case's Sessions, and so on.
Note:
The reporting database is updated nightly, after fixing issues
please wait until the next day to re-generate.
2. Upload the .xml results to DEX
in
order
Same as above, the files are numbered in the order they should be uploaded (clients -> cases -> sessions -> assessments)
